If you search for that quote on startpage search service, it is the only result (as of 3/23/2022). Searching for it on the big G search service does not work. Searching with the B search service worked. Use the quotes: "RK871 tri-mode RGB hotswap software". Remember, you must be in USB mode (button under keyboard turned to "off") and connected by usb cable to the computer for the software to see the keyboard. My software has updated twice (now on 2.0.8 version) and controls the keyboard well. **Q: How many pins does this wireless mechanical keyboard has?** A: If you are talking about the number of pins it supports for the switches it supports either 3 or 5 **Q: Is it plug and play?** A: It is plug and play. I have used the RK software also. The only thing I used it for was to reduce the sleep inactivity when using 2.4 wireless mode. **Q: Lost my manual.
