love this company, delivers fast and always good quality products! I used this pectin already twice, to make plum jam and apple jam. Worked very well.

Runny jelly!!
Mostly sugar and not enough pectin. I had to use 3 times the amount due to having to run through the gelling process twice and still not completely set. Back to Surejel and Certo! Itโs not a deal if I have to use the whole bag all at once!!

Excellent product and so much cheaper than popular brands! Love my jam outcome. Can even use less sugar!

This is a good product, but there is no insert listing ratios.
I have been making preserves for three decades, and i ordered this to help my jellies/jams set. But there is no insert listing juice/sugar/pectin ratios, and I couldn't find the information online, so I adapted from a sure-jell insert. Well, there are differences in formulae, and I ended up with some delicious but rock-hard plum jam. Will tweak for the next use, but guidelines would be welcome!

Read the Ingredients label -- NOT 100% fruit pectin
We've loved purchasing other items from Anthony's --- great company. When we purchased this item, we were just looking for fruit pectin -- 100%, no sugar or other additives. When trying to return this item, we were not able to do so. Just make note -- the 1st ingredient is SUGAR and the LAST ingredient is pectin.
