No factory seal & product “for sale in India and Nepal only”

Arrived in damaged box. Bottle did not have factory seal- who knows if it’s been tampered with. Definitely NOT going to be putting this on my baby! Also product has foreign language translation… and box says “for sale in India and Nepal only”- why is it being sold in USA? Would not recommend this product- too sketchy.
