I've seen a few reviews saying the battery life isn't good. One said "it lasts 25-30 minutes." But I don't think people realize that it automatically shuts off after half an hour. Those poor people are assuming the battery ran out, when all they actually need to do is turn it on again... Battery lasts me about 4 hours on the highest settings for both heat and massage. Every time I feel the vibrations stop, I just press the buttons to turn the heat and massage on again. Imo, it's a minor inconvenience. Also, turning it on is silent with no annoying beeps, so I don't mind at all. Then you need to recharge for about an hour, and you will have enough battery for 4 more hours of use. Not bad. If an hour without it is unbearable, you can always get 2 and rotate between them. Highest heat level is very hot, nearly scalding, which I like. Really sinks in and eases cramps. Massage function really seems to help with pain too- I think it's probably overriding the pain sensation with the sensory input of vibration pulses. Whatever the explanation, it helps for sure. No beeps, like I said, but vibration of massage is audible if you're going to try to use in an office. Although, one of the massage settings is just a continuous vibration (no pulses or variation, just a uniform hum) which is fairly discreet. If your office has an AC running or anything, you could likely use that setting and no one would notice. Uses USB C to charge, same as most android phones, cable included. Love that I can wear this under a big comfy hoodie and wander around to get a snack or make some tea rather than being tethered by a cord. Overall, would recommend 10/10 for pain relief, heat, battery-to-charge time ratio, and convenience.

i purchased this three years ago and it is still one of my favorite purchases. I have sent a link to this product to multiple people and everyone that’s bought one said it helped! i got it for period cramps and i do think it’s a game changer for the crampy days. its comfortable to wear and you can adjust the waistband to fit snugly or loosen it up. i think the pad itself is soft against bare skin and is big enough to cover a decent section of the cramp zone. The heat levels are also adjustable so you could have it on low if it’s warm or if you don’t like too hot. i enjoy the vibrate function and believe it helps but it could also be distracting/sugar pilling me but it works😂🤷🏻‍♀️ the vibrate is a little loud and in public can get some weird looks so i normally don’t use that function out and about. i just wish the battery lasted longer because i would wear this for days. The timer is a great safety feature because i have fallen asleep wearing this😅😅 would/have recommended and will again.

This heating pad was a game changer when it came to aches and pains while at home or out and about. All I have to do is wear a slightly baggy shirt and can easily slip this underneath to provide lasting soothing warmth and comfort. I would imagine this is great for all sorts of aches on your abdomen such as back pain, period cramps, and also just to be able to keep warm in cold weather. The one downside to this product is that the battery doesn't seem to last very long and takes a long time to charge. I actually bought a second one so that I can switch them out when one dies and needs to charge. I also only ever use the heat setting. The massage setting is not very soothing. If the company ever made another model without the massage setting and utilized that extra space/savings for a larger/higher quality battery, I would buy it in a heartbeat. But all in all, this is so much better than being "tied" to a wall outlet heating pad! I can actually move around and get tasks done and feel relief while doing so.

Perfect for period cramps, back pain, or just staying cozy on chilly days. Honestly, every girl needs one of these it’s comfort you can take anywhere!

There are several things I really like about this item and also a few things I found disappointing. Let's get started with a few pros and cons: PROs: Very well packaged. The heating function is exceptional and with the one to three setting, there's a true and noticeable gradient of heat settings. I suffer from endometriosis and I require a higher level of heat. Even the second setting accomplished a satisfying heat setting for me. It is efficient and heats up quickly. I also love the pretty pink color and image design. It looks techy and my husband thought it was modern and trendy looking. The device has an adjustable belt with a release button (more on that later). I had worried about the plastic being bulky, but that worry was unfounded. The device is slim and compact with a soft lining. Because of the heat, you still do want a layer of fabric between yourself and the device. CONs: Although I fully charged the product before its first use as instructed, after just two uses, it needed charging again. While I am unsure if my unit is defective or if this is a condition with all devices, my unit does not hold a charge for very long. This is an issue for travel or using the device at work where access to a charger may be limited. Portability was the primary reason I had for purchasing the device. I am currently contacting support and I will edit my review and rating if this issue can be resolved satisfactory. Another disappointing feature is the massage feature. It doesn't really feel like anything and is just a vibration. As others noted, the massage feature is loud, however I wasn't really expecting much from the massage feature to be honest. Although a minor quip, the quick release button for the belt jams and actually requires both hands to pull it open to release, so not so quick. That is something I can live with, but I do think would be a nice thing for manufacturers to consider as it seems like an easy fix that would definitely improve functionality. For the price point, all these issues should be taken into thoughtful consideration, but nevertheless an excellent product. Overall, I love the concept of this item and if the inability to hold a charge can be resolved I could easily rate this as a four to five star product, but unfortunately the charging issue is an impactful one for a device that purports mobility and portability! UPDATE: Revising to 5 stars for exceptional customer service and support to resolve the charging issue! Customer Service responded in less than 24 hours and sent a replacement quickly and conveniently. I'm pleased with the warranty for this item and the quick resolution!

I do wish I liked this thing more than I do. For years I would just microwave a homemade rice sack thingy and I got sick of getting up to reheat it while I was in pain. Idk why it took me so long to get around to buying one of these, and I’m still glad I did, but there are a couple of things I would change about this. 1) I wish it were bigger. I am comparing this to the rice sack I had before, I had gotten used to the size of that thing and it covered both my uterus area AND my stomach- that way it’d cover both nausea and cramps at the same time. This can only do one of those at a time. 2) Battery life could be much better. I know I probably could’ve spent more money on one of these and gotten that, and I know the battery life is probably reflected in the price here. But, if I go to bed with it on, I wake up halfway through the night, cramping, with it dead. And you have to charge it forever to get that short amount of time out of it. Note- yes, it auto shuts off after half an hour. I actually appreciate this feature because if I fall asleep with it on, it helps conserve battery. I am not thinking that the auto shut off means it’s dead. I do know the difference there. I never use the vibration even though I want to, just for fear that it will kill the battery in 10 minutes. - the adjustable strap does not like to stay. Again, falling asleep with it tightened all the way, I wake up with it very very loose and no longer heating the area I originally placed it on That’s about it (mainly want it bigger with better battery) but it’s enough to be annoyed by the thing. Unfortunately I missed the return window so I am keeping it but otherwise I would’ve tried to find a different one. I guess it does beat a microwaveable pad 🤷‍♀️

WOW. BUY THIS NOW. I’m in my 50’s with regular cycles still and sometimes I get unbearable cramps that make me sick. I also have digestive/gut issues and heating pads are a necessity for me, I can’t live without them. This thing though, phew, this is by far my best purchase this year! It lives in my work bag. I have an active job and can’t be tied to my desk with a heating pad plugged in. I have to be ready at all times to get up and go. This thing makes that possible because it’s like a thin light flat fanny pack and fits very comfortably and securely. It gets really hot just on the first setting so be careful because I wasn’t expecting that. It vibrates too which is nice but I can’t use that function at work because I don’t want to disturb my colleagues. If I have it under my clothes directly on my skin, on the first setting, I have to use a washcloth/small towel on my skin and then place the heating pad on top of that. Wearing it outside my clothes it is still perfectly hot for me, on the first setting, but I don’t need to use the washcloth. I guess it also depends on if you want it to show or not, but I personally don’t care about people seeing it and how it looks on me. I only care about how it makes me feel and it makes me feel good which is why I wear it outside my clothes.

I do like this and it is a god send as I do have very painful period pains. So overall taking a the pain down is great. However, It has 3 settings for heating and 3 for the vibration levels. Heating level 1 is okay but dont really feel it too much, heating level 2 is great for a fee seconds then it burns the hell out of you, and I have it on top of my leggings but under my shirt. I dont dare to reach level 3 on that. The vibration when I am peak period pains the vibration does seem to take the pain away however boy is that vibration loud, I wear this when I'm at work as well and I cant have the vibration on due to fear of getting some confused glances. Also the battery doesn't last long at all. I work 8 hours at work and itll only have battery for maybe half of that shift and that's not having it on continuously either. I only have iton when the pain gets a bit too much. Other then that it is nice to have and does help with the pain when it doesn't run out of battery.

I needed a heat pack for bad period pains and a friend recommended this. This is by far the best $50 I’ve ever spent. No more waking up in pain and having to go to the microwave to heat up a heat pack. Just put this on and press the button while still in bed. What a godsend. And works perfectly.
