Superfast and great for shredding and slicing, but thin slices and poor French fry cutter.
I recently bought the Inalsa Easy Prep Mixer. The machine is superfast. The shredding function works really well for vegetables like cabbage and green leafy vegetables. The slicer is suitable for cucumber, carrots, tomatoes, and potatoes, but the slices come out very thin, and unfortunately, there’s no option for thicker slices. The French fry cutter didn’t perform well. It is easy to clean, though a bit noisy during operation. The build quality and safety features are good. Overall, it’s worth the price for basic shredding and slicing, but not ideal if you want thicker cuts or good-quality fries.

Looks Premium, Lasts Average, and the “2-Year Warranty” Deserves Its Own Comedy Award
Updating My Review After 1 Year of UseRatingsLooks: 4/5Performance (Initially): 3/5Build Quality & Durability: 1/5Customer Service: 3/5Warranty Experience: 0/5Unfortunately, I am updating my original 5-star review to 1 star after using this product for about a year.First ImpressionTo be fair, the initial experience was impressive:Good packagingPremium-looking productDemo/setup call from the companyMultiple follow-ups requesting a positive Amazon review 🙂At first glance, the product definitely feels well marketed.Actual UsageOur usage was extremely basic:Only for atta kneadingFor a family of 2 peopleMaximum 3–4 times a weekThis was normal household use — nothing excessive or commercial. What Went WrongWithin about a year, the machine started developing issues, and eventually a small internal component broke. When I contacted customer support, I was told the issue may have happened because “too much atta” was added. Apparently, using a dough kneading machine for kneading dough beyond a certain mystery limit is considered misuse. The best part? The “2-year warranty” practically covers only the motor. Everything else conveniently seems to fall outside warranty coverage. For replacing a small internal part, I was quoted around ₹1100, which honestly felt unreasonable considering the quality of the internal components used.Reality of the ProductAverage performancePoor plastic qualityWeak internal partsNot built for long-term useThe machine looks good externally, but the durability is disappointing.Final VerdictIf you want a product that:Looks attractive initiallyWorks decently for a few monthsComes with a warranty that sounds great on paper…then this product may suit you.But if you are looking for:Long-term reliabilityStrong build qualityGenuine warranty supportValue for money…you should probably consider better alternatives. In my experience, more effort went into collecting positive reviews than building a durable product.

Sturdy, Ideal and multi-purpose food processor.
Been using it over a month. Overall quite happy with the food processor. The motor is quite good. The overall design is good. The machine starts only when all the parts lock into place so it's safe. Takes a couple of tries to determine the things to fit in place. Noise level is very standard one. The container is of good size to hold good portions of food.Regarding the blades, The chopper blade is effective. It chops quite nicely. Let it rotate more if you want finer pieces. Quite fast and can chop everything from garlic, onions, cabbage, etc. Not tried any hard vegetable. The grater blade is ok but the challenge is when the item gets smaller and you are not able to hold it in like vertical position and it slides into horizontal position. Needs some redesign. Also would be ideal if they provided with fine grater. Current and only one is big graterThe finger chips slicer does not work as clean as you expect it. Instead of straight cuts you get semi circular elongated pieces like grated coconut slicrs. Needs complete redesign i guess to slice like finger chips.Have not tried the kneader and don't intend to use.Overall good in terms of sharpness, noise and speed. Compact design also. Based on a month of usage, can recommend it. No problems as such for basic use.
