Very useful for relieving pain over body with these bag by both ice cubes and hot water. Withstand both temperatures for 30 - 45 minutes. Size is more than enough quite big to cover large area of body rubbing. Thanks to manufacturer for quality products and ofcourse Amazon, Good wishes

It's should be leak proof as mentioned in the product as we use cold anb hot water
The product I received is not leak proof.when added ice in the bag after a while it gets wet from outside.

So far its doing welll… i like the design and it works pretty well… yesterday i kinda bruised myself and like l put this on it …. And fast forward to today its improved a lot of the discolouration on my arm…. It also works well for cramps or back pain

It's easy to use. Reusable hold and cold ice pack. Wash it once or twice a week depending upon your usage. I use it pretty much daily after my gym workout. Provides quite a relief for sore muscles. Athletic people will definitely love this product
