Coping saw for fine work
Does it work? โ Absolutely yes! I was able to cut complex shape in a hard coconut shell with ease.Quality is good for the purpose it has been built, don't expect heavy duty hacksaw.A quick tip on fitting the blade: you need to ensure proper tension in the blade. First, firmly fix one end of the blade into the one of mounting point. Then, hold the handle and press the other end of the frame against a wall or any sturdy surface to slightly shorten the distance between the two mounting points. While keeping pressure on the frame, slide the other end of the blade into second mounting and tighten the screws. Once you release the pressure, the blade will automatically tension itself. The more you press the frame, the tighter the blade will be.
