Sure, I could make my own breading with seasoning but this stuff tastes so great, I don't think I'll bother ever using anything else. It makes for crazy good schnitzel and fried green tomatoes.

I’m not a big fan of dry fish fry, I’ve always liked a wet fish batter. But.. I like the Everglades seasoning that I put on all of my meats for the grill so I thought I would give this a shot. I fried crappies with it and WOW!! It’s super good and just full of flavor! It’s my new fish fry! Luv it

This mix is 🔥. Proper use and most out of the product..... empty it out into a gallon freezer, zip lock bag. Whatever you're frying, drop it in, shake, remove. DO NOT pre season your meat. Only season with this product. The batter left behind, throw it in the fridge. This mix lasts, at minimum, 4 uses, for single family meals. 10 out of 10. I keep it stocked,along with the regular seasoning bottle.

This is a pantry staple for me, also, try their seasonings you can't go wrong, a lot of flavor and less salt.

its different and its good I like there original seasoning spice blend and this is I believe a cornmeal flour mix with there original seasoning
