Great product.
Given to us after we had our tattoos done in Japan. Product contains CHG which is antibacterial plus lotion. Non greasy. A little goes a long way. Another amazing product of Japan. Expensive but if you need it, buy it.

This stuff works on lots of skin problems. I was introduced to it by my Chinese friend and I have used it now for many years . . . with complete satisfaction. I don't know what's in it, but it's my first go-to.
