DIYMAG Strong Magnets,6 Pack with Double Sided Adhesive Backing Powerful

I bought this six-pack of round magnets for a small DIY organization project where I needed a strong magnetic hold without using bulky hardware. The 1.26-inch diameter gave me enough surface area for the pieces I was attaching, while the 0.12-inch thickness kept everything fairly low profile. The magnets are noticeably stronger than the small craft magnets I had used before. I attached a few to lightweight organizers and tested them on a metal cabinet, and they held firmly when the contact surface was flat. The included double-sided adhesive backing was useful because I did not have to find separate tape for the non-metal side of my project. The smooth coated finish also makes them look cleaner than unfinished magnets. I like that the pack includes six identical pieces, giving me enough for several small projects without buying a large bulk set. The size works well for crafts, pictures, whiteboards, and simple organization jobs where a tiny magnet would not be enough. For what I needed, they were easy to use, compact, and surprisingly strong.

There is no joke in saying these are powerful magnets. I got mine 10 minutes ago and I couldn't wait to play with them like a kid! I got them for my metal embroidery hoop. I wanted something strong to really hold down fabric because if it shifts mid-sewing, it can be ruined. I read what the seller said about using the spacers, I was putting the 6th one back on the stack to set down and from at least 6 inches away the 1 disc slipped out of my fingers and snapped onto the stack. It was the most powerful thing I've handled with magnets! I didn't mean to do it, of course. Then it took forEVER to break the top 2 apart. I couldn't slide it forward. I finally got it, but I think I wore out my right hand lol! I did a hand test where I put 1 on top of my hand and the other on my palm. The strength was definitely weaker, but it held. I don't have my metal hoop yet to say how good it is for my purposes. But like a kid, I kept trying different metals I have here on my desk. I will NOT try this on my fridge because I probably won't be able to get it back off. These aren't complaints, these are compliments. 1 disc did come with 2 chips in the edge, but it seems stable, they are very tiny. I can't image being the sorter who has to pry apart stacks of these for customers.

Holy crow, these things are STRONG!! I've made a few things into magnets with these and I can promise you, they are not falling off! Be careful handling these guys.... I accidentally pinched my finger between 2, that stuff hurt like a S.O.B.!

These are great strong magnets. I ordered a pack of 10. 10 came, and 8 are very strong and work as intended. 1 of the 8 came slightly chipped but still strong and usable. 2 magnets are significantly weaker than the others. They aren't completely useless, however, as I've found them to be a great fidget toy. 4/5 stars since technically only 8/10 work well.

Best magnets ever

Be very careful. I took these magnets out of the package, and they are strong that they slammed into each other. Sparks flew and 2 of them shattered. It was actually painful. I can see where it could break a finger. I'm not being over dramatic. These are dangerous. I'm not saying, don't use it. The fact that they are super strong is a plus. I'm just posting this to make you aware of the danger. As you take each magnet out of the package, put it far away from you and the other magnets.

These are good for what I needed them for. I used them to attach a power strip to the side of my toolbox, and they work well for that. I used three on a 9" power strip to hold it onto the side of the toolbox. They aren't super strong, at lest not as strong as some other ones I have purchased. You can remove the power strip without too much effort, which is ok for this purpose. They do hold the power strip strong enough to where when you pull a cord out of the strip, you are not pulling the strip away from the toolbox. The adhesive that comes with the magnets are strong, and easily worked to hold the magnets to the back of the smooth power strip. While I gave it a 5 for what I was needing them for, if you are looking for some really strong magnets that will hold more that say 10#s, these are not what you are looking for.

Very difficult to separate but they are magnets, very strong so you can, if you are not careful, easily trap finger between them so be careful. I have stuck on inside kitchen cupboard for my good kitchen knives work very well
