Very good ginger, strong fine flavor and wonderful aroma
Excellent value. Good strong ginger. Beautiful aroma, fresh flavor. Must be ground for baking or in a sachet for flavoring soups and sauces, but as is, it makes wonderful tea (lime and sugar in mine!) for upset stomach or mixed with black tea for breakfast. Good buy!

Spicy! You can add however much you want for the strength you need. We like to use when weโre sick as ginger is healing. Overall, would buy this again once my bag runs out!

The taste and quality to me seems excellent. Very potent, wonderful ginger. Lg bag, but I think it can keep very well in a jar with tight fitting lid.
