Very good ginger, strong fine flavor and wonderful aroma
Excellent value. Good strong ginger. Beautiful aroma, fresh flavor. Must be ground for baking or in a sachet for flavoring soups and sauces, but as is, it makes wonderful tea (lime and sugar in mine!) for upset stomach or mixed with black tea for breakfast.Good buy!

2 lbs is a huge bag, but a decent buy.
The taste and quality to me seems excellent. Very potent, wonderful ginger. Lg bag, but I think it can keep very well in a jar with tight fitting lid.
