Easy to connect, I tried to insert the SD card at least for 15-20 minutes, could not find and went to Youtube, thanks to that person, it is available under the lense, you need to lift the lense upwords. 7 days free cloud support, it's okay I have inserted SD card and works fine. Motion sensor is very good, it starts recording before you reach to the cam, night vision is not that good as the video clarity is not that good even during the day time, 480 I suppose. cable provided is long enough. Conversation is very good, I called form the office to home and works well. The best thing is that you can download the app in your desktop and watch with full screen. 5 stars.

هذي ثاني مره اشتري نفس الكمره حلو تصور بوضوح بالضلام والنور طبعا تحتاج تحميل برنامج EZVIZ وتسجل وبعدها تربط الكمره او الكميرات الكاميره فيها ثلاث عيوب الاول اذا سويت تقريب ماتبين تعابير الوجه او الملامح ثانيا الصوت فيه زي الصدا وتقطيع خفيف ثالثا اذا خليتها تتبع حركه تحصلها تلف من نفسها وتقف على الجدار سواء في احد المكان او المكان فاضي انصح بايقاف التتبع و انصح بتركيب ذاكره خارجيه ما تتعدى 128 و ذاكره 128 ممتازه ويفضل الذاكر اللي عليها رمز 10 ودائره عليها ملاحظه ذاكره 256 ما تشتغل على الكمره تعلق وانصح تركب لها باور بانك 10.000 يركب على الشاحن مباشره لان في انواع ما تشحن وهي تنشحن يعني بوربانك موصل بالكهرباء وموصل بالكميره بحيث لو فصل الكهرباء تضل الكمره تعمل من 12 ساعه حتى 24 ساعه
