This ladder is highly adjustable and pretty easy to use. I have used it in A-Frame mode to reach the rain gutters on my house and also to access the attic from my closet. I have used it in extended mode to get up on the roof of my house, which is about 18 feet at the lowest point. Definitely worth the money. PROs It's adjustable. It can be used in A-Frame mode or straight. It can be extended to adjust the height in either mode. The locking mechanisms feel very solid. I have no concerns about the ladder slipping while I'm standing on it. CONs It's heavy. It's difficult for one person to carry. if your garage is a mess (like mine) and you have to maneuver around obstacles to get it in and out of it's storage location it's best to have two people.
