Lesson learned though, don't buy down/feather pillows online. There is no firmness at all nor neck support if you use the pillow buy itself. I had to use both pillows stacked to give any type of support and I sleep on my side. You've been warned. These are good quality pillows without a doubt, but the fail is this ; not enough firmness at 550 fill power for side sleepers per pillow, no pillow cover that is removable and washable, so I'll have to go buy some, When I lay my head on the pillow it flattens out to where you have about 1 inch of cushion on the head with NO neck support. Definitely not the feather pillows I was used to when I was growing up.
