No fermentation👎
Used this to make 1 gal lychee mead, it is not working good at all! Not that much fermentation， only a small action in first day, it totally die out the rest whole time! Airlock did not show sign either! This seller will not accept return even never open! will not buy again!

Sometimes fast isn't better
Did two runs. On with turbo and another with wine yeast. turbo was flavorless and low yield. Wine yeast took two weeks but good flavor and high yield.
