Easy and comfortable to use.
Easy to inflate and deflate. The pump is well constructed and a doddle to use. The ball feels very rubust and I felt confident using it.

Just Right for My Height!

Dissatisfied
Ive used the ball 3 times as im 33 weeks pregnant and the ball burst from underneath me so im very disappointed in this item as i did not over do it on the air either

Perfect to use during my pregnancy. It was easy to blow up and deflate

Good while it lastest
Brought and used for a few weeks towards the end of pregnancy. Unfortunately after about two weeks of daily use the ball burst.

Quite small
I probably should have checked the sizing before buying. Ball was very small.Easy to inflate but the pump was very squeaky which set my dog off barking each time I tried to inflate it. 🤣

The ball is thick and feels sturdy to lay on.
I first wanted a larger ball and found the 65cm too small for my needs. I then decided to use the ball more for spine therapy than for exercises. This ball's excellent thickness makes it easy to underinflate and lay on to acclimate my spine for better back and rib muscle tone and alignment. It would be a great ball completely inflated for exercises as well. Recommend. I do not recommend using the air pump. It supplies a small amount of air, and you will need an hour to blow it up. The extra plug and remover are useful.
