**Q: have you corrected the eating port that is made out of plastic and has been complained about over and over?**
A: Do not purchase!!! Mine are only 4 months old and the plastic ports are already dumping seed. Extreme seed loss. What a waste

**Q: Flexports are not available? You know they fail, why wouldn't you make replacements. This will be the last perky pet product I buy!**
A: I agree.  Squirrels have RUINED all flex ports in my feeder!!  I need replacement flex porTS.

**Q: Does anybody just use black oil sunflower seeds?**
A: Yes, many people use only black oil sunflower seeds in their feeders.

**Q: I read here that flexiports have been an issue. Less than 2 weeks up and already destroyed. After fix, anyway to keep from happening again?**
A: I have not had a problem with the ports where the birds stand on. Other feeders the squirrels chewed and destroyed several. Nothing so far with this feeder.
