Yes it works with a medium roof van or any van as long as you have an awning rail on your van. It helps if the tarp slopes down from the van so any rain can run away from the van so it’s ideal for a medium roof one. **Q: Hi do you sell replacement poles?** A: Try GO OUTDOORS in camping section or a caravan dealer that has a leisure shop **Q: Will it fit a 6mm awning strip please?** A: It fits on our VW T6 camper that had an awning facility for our drive away awning. .
