The product is great & easy to use, and the price is reasonable. Love it. ### ⭐⭐⭐ I really wanted to like this but there are 2 problems *by P***D on December 6, 2016* I really wanted to like this but there are 2 problems. First, the gasket on the cross blade is lumpy and occasionally the blender makes a weird grinding noise. It does not seem anywhere near as powerful as others have mentioned. My other main complaint is that the containers are so skinny, they are nearly impossible to clean, especially if there is anything greasy/oily. You cannot get your hand in there and even blending with hot soapy water doesn't do the trick. One big plus is that it did an awesome job grinding coffee :) So I am returning and will look for something else. ### ⭐⭐⭐ And she was happy with the product until Today *by S***S on June 9, 2017* I bought this item for my daughter for one purpose : making smoothie, every morning she put fruits or vegetables,granola, yogurt and ice. And she was happy with the product until Today, a bad smell came out from it ,she stopped it right away and called me to check out what happened.
