It is an excellent alkaline water filter system. I purchased it a week ago. Already, I see and feel the difference in the taste of the filtered water. I will definitely recommend this product. It is from a reliable and great company. The customer service is excellent. They are always available to assist and answer any questions.

I have read a lot about the benefits of alkaline water & attended a couple of mini seminars where the speakers were promoting a $2,500 countertop system that required filters running $150 each. The EHM Ultra Premium Alkaline Water Pitcher was offered at a reasonable price, so I finally ordered it. Glad I did! My residence is on a deep well & the water is very good. After running it through the EHM pitcher, it tastes even better, and I like the smooth feel of the water in my mouth. The pitcher was easy to set up with clear directions. I like that it filters out lead and copper, and it may be helping me deal with acid reflux. It filters pretty quickly and thus far; it is holding up well from a durability standpoint. Don’t over fill it beyond the capacity of the bottom compartment as the water that is left on top will spill out. I have gotten good at estimating how much to fill the top compartment, so all is filtered into the bottom. I agree with the reviewer who suggested a label to record the date of filter replacements so it’s in front of you every time you pull the pitcher out of the refrigerator. I’ll be looking for a smaller version to take in the RV

It works fine, and as expected. It’s a new item at this point, so time will tell if the performance lives up to expectations. One suggestion for the seller, provide the testing certifications to match the product literature, which shows the FDA and other testing agencies. The product brochure seems a little unprofessional in that the FDA and other logo certifications are not explained supported or substantiated. I think it would go a long way to allay customer quality concerns and product support to include affirmative claims. I really like how fast the water percolates through the filter. I noticed huge differences in water quality, including the smell, feel, and taste over the tap water. In terms of switching to this product, I think you really do need to gradually transition over from the tap or bottled spring waters to this mineral infused product, since, in any case I noticed some slight stomach “twinges” with the first few glasses. I will build up my consumption of mineral water over the first few weeks to adjust for the body’s reaction to the addition of these concentrated minerals. I am curious about the longevity of the filter of course. Like you perhaps, I was motivated to save money on the bottled water purchases (delivered to my door). The economics need to breakeven or better for this whole thing to work out 5’s for me. Time will tell if the quality holds, and the cost is justified. Someone above actually complained that 50 gallons of filtration was a “bum deal”. Really? That equates to 15.77 cases (24 each) of 16.9 oz water bottles. At $5 per case, that equates to roughly $80.00. I’m confused how that is not a good deal. Any way, one should expect variation in filtration life cycle due to differences in the water supply, and various reactions to filter compounds over time. Still, I thank that person for bringing it up, and it should matter. The Ph and the Mineral content of the infused product should be delivered as promised, with slight variations expected. I appreciate those comments by others. I don’t have a way of testing for that, but I would be horrified if those two factors failed. Seems to me that Ph levels must be within a tight range to near perfect. Maybe I will need to invest in a gage? Be nice if the package came with a simple one-time use testing strip. Can you add that with the margins?

I’m pretty happy with my decision choosing the EHM Alkaline pitcher out of all the other gazillion alkaline pitchers! I’ve had this for about a week now and so far so good! With it being my first Alkaline pitcher I do not have a ph tester just yet so I don’t know the ph level. I found this one to be the best for me personally. I think it’s a good price for the size/ amount of water it holds. Not too big but not too small either, it’s just right! Lol. Pro- The water filters through fast!! Pro- it’s just a very nice/clean looking water pitcher in general. I use the tap water from my kitchen sink and I really wasn’t sure what to expect the first time trying it but after it filtered through, I was completely shocked at how good the water tasted! The alkaline water tasted so clear and airy if you love water then you know what I’m talking about.. Literally so refreshing! I am still able to reach my water goal daily with this pitcher but in the future I will get a much bigger one or the one that goes on my actual sink, only reason is because I do fill it up a lot during the day, everyday, but like I said, it’s perfect for now and it’s doing what it’s supposed to do. Pro- the EHM alkaline filter has calcium,magnesium,potassium that are added into the filter. Con- One thing I do wish is that it showed when to replace the filter like some other pitchers do. So with this one, I do have to remember to keep up with when I need to replace it which isn’t a problem it’s just something that would have been nice to have. Con- Before buying I did read a lot of reviews about the lid falling off, it obviously fits, it’s just not a super snug fit, so that it is true, but I just make sure I’m holding the handle with my thumb above the handle pressing forward to help secure it and that has worked! No more wasted plastic water bottles and drinking dull water.👏🏼 I appreciate the honest feedback from people on here S/O to yall for taking the time to give a personal/honest review to help someone like me before buying. Nothing worse than wasting your money or going through the hassle of returning a product which isn’t a huge deal but it’s just the point. After learning about the benefits of drinking alkaline water, I decided to invest in a good water pitcher. After doing much research and comparisons, I settled on EHM. They seemed to have a more superior product across the board. The pitcher arrived promptly and was very easy to assemble. You want to snugly fit the filter into the base of the reservoir. Use a little force and make sure that it fits nearly flush to the base so that water only goes through the filter. And that's it. Honestly, I never drank the recommended 8 cups per day because I find your run-of-the-mill water tastes rather bland, flat if not a little unpleasant. (I live in the city and am subject to municipal water treatment). Surprisingly, the filtered water by EHM tastes awesome! It has a silky, smooth and round quality to it. Almost reminds me of well water. It takes out the sharp and sour notes of my normal filtered water. Very happy with it. The pitcher itself looks attractive, light in weight yet sturdily made. It is also deceptively voluminous. It doesn't look that big, yet it holds over 3 liters of water. Drink one of these a day, and you pretty much hit your daily water requirement. I had some trouble with the cap and called the company. They were very responsive and resolved my issue right away. So not only am I happy with purchase, I am pleased with the interactions I had with EHM as an organization. Overall, great product. Works well. Looks awesome. I am happy with the purchase. And I am well on my way hit my daily water intake.

Very good taste

Very affordable, great water taste and easy to use equipment. Almost immediate results in health change. I had to take acid reflux medication every day and have been for a while or I hurt and feel horrible all day. I was introduced to alkaline water and its benefits a while back by a friend. The day I received my pitcher, I prepared everything as instructed and started out drinking about a glass a day. It’s says to start slow for your body to get acclimated to the change. It’s been over a week drinking the water and I haven’t felt the need to take any medication since I started. I feel better overall and actually hydrated. I work outside a lot and usually slam back water bottles all day. One cup of this and I feel great. Highly recommend purchasing. I’ve read reviews about problems with the pitcher plastic. Yes it does come off a little too easy, but it’s not made to be thrown around with no consequences. Just be careful, pay attention and you shouldn’t have any problems. I tested the water pH with equipment at work and I was very impressed. This batch was made the day before, chilled over night and still kept a high pH.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but as soon as I purchased this pitcher and set it up via very simple instructions, I was instantly satisfied! The taste of the water is great, the pitcher fits easily in my refrigerator and I felt a surge of energy immediately. I recommend purchasing the PH drops as well as they tell you the correct PH balance and will let you know when it is time to change your filters - appx 6-8 weeks based on usage (using 2.5 liters per day/or 40 gallons of continuous use - which is the fill line of the pitcher). I drink appx 1.25L of it daily which would translate to the filter lasting about 3-4 months (there are 3.78 L in a gallon, 1.25L is 1/3rd of a gallon - 1/3 of a gallon x 7 days = 2.3 gallons per week x 19 weeks = 39.1 gallons, etc.). Filters are a bit pricey, but you really can't place a price on being healthy!!! Great product and highly recommended.

I received my pitcher yesterday and I love it! Very easy to use. I can really tell the difference. No smell in the filtered water and I can really taste the difference. Customer service was amazing. They responded to my questions immediately. I’m going to purchase another 2 for my kids.

Please do not buy. i recieved completely broken item, when I returned it I was not getting any refunds or any information related to refund also.I had to struggle a lot by raising issue through various platforms. Then I got partial refund only. Still struggling with full refund. It ate more than a month.

This water jug and filter is excellent. I used it to reduce hyperacidity and along with the natural medicines I was already taking, experienced a quick improvement within a week. And the water tastes great, (unlike some filter jugs) - softer, sweeter and most importantly, less acidic! The water filters through quickly and the jug has a large capacity. One tiny thing to look out for is that the lid is not super tight - but just putting your thumb on it when pouring out is enough to solve this very minor thing. Highly recommended.
