**Q: Can pies be removed easily from the pan to be put on a nice tray or does the pie have to eaten out of the pan?**
A: Depends on the crust and if you prep the pan.
We do not need to prep the pan.
We use a pot pie crust by Pillsbury and they slide right out

**Q: What does this measure across the bottom?**
A: 2 and 9/10

**Q: What is the capacity?**
A: I'm not sure when you say capacity what you are looking for.  I can tell you I made mini apple pies and they fit beautifully.  I felt it was a pie for one but every one I gave them to felt it was a pie for two.  I hope that helps. They are definitely worth the money.

**Q: Do they come with lids?**
A: `no no lids :(   but you gave me an idea to try a search and see if they have any.   TY
