My boys have anxiety. This results in frustration, aggression, and misunderstanding. This book is fabulous!!! We are putting our deep breathing to work. Hopefully my deep breathing will improve and we will no longer have $600 a month in psychology services. A great book for the "emotional child"

This is an extraordinary book that beautifully teaches kids (and adults) how to practice mindfulness. At times the book is sweet, funny, and playful, all the while communicating a calmer way to be. As a psychologist, I keep this book in my office knowing how powerful reading it can me. I feel more mindful with each reading. The rhyming and rhythm are spot on, and the illustrations are gorgeous.
