Exactly what I needed, has the adhesive in it so it's super durable. the red is red, not orange so color is spot on. super thick and flexible for it's thickness. and exactly what I need for heavy gauge wire. Compatible with pretty much anything. Super easy to use. use a heat gun and it shrinks and adheres perfectly. for the price I wish I got 10ft.

Today’s purchases are four foot rolls of both black and red large heat shrink for electrical applications. They came sealed and packed together. I wanted red and black heat shrink for my car audio installations. This purchase allowed me to conveniently buy, not only both red and black together, but the rolls allow me to cut them as long or as short as I need at the moment. I used them to distinguish between the power and ground wires since the insulation is the same color. It also made the install much cleaner looking and protected the install from shorts. These sheat shrinks seem to have an additional adhesive on the inside, meaning once they are on, they are not coming off. This is really great for securely protecting your equipment, but not so great if you have to remove them. I recently started getting into using the heat shrinks, but now that I am, I want everything to have shrink on it. These tubes are super easy to use and work on a wide range of sizes, shrinking up to four times. The quality and results that you get from these are great, and they are very affordable, making them a very good deal. If you like using heat shrink, and you are looking to get some or replenish your stock, I would highly recommend these, because they are a great value.

Pretty solid and durable, I would/will definitely purchase again. Acceptable price and value although I will update if it depreciates or degrades unreasonably. Fairly easy to work with, a heat gun is definitely recommended with a multi-temperature control, but a small adjustable hand torch using ambient heat, NOT direct flame, will also work. Careful overheating where cut or spliced, it will split/tear/rip up the side, vertically, up the length of the tubing, even if using a heat gun. Fairly flexible during application. Some corners are difficult to contour. After activated and shrunken to fitment, it will stiffen significantly, generally mold to the shape and/or angle. If reheated properly, it can be adjusted or reshaped depending on object and material being wrapped. The adhesive/glue is the interlining of entirety of the tube. There is not a separate layer under/after the glue, between the item wrapped; your item will be entrenched in adhesive/glue helpful for a good seal but can also damage your items sometimes it's better having that double layer an and adhesive filling where it just is pressed out the edges/ends of the tubing.

I had a problem trying to keep pieces of a a plug together and did an AI search for a solution, and this was part of it. The price was good, since I was only going to need it once. The packaging was easy to open, and the material was easy to cut, with just a pair of scissors. I selected the length, applied heat all around and it shrunk to give a good, snug support to holding the plug in place.

Great tubing, was exactly what I needed. Used it as a new handle for my trailer. The glue has sealed the handle and should help reduce water penetration and rust. Great stuff, easy to apply!
