Worked great
This worked great for me!! I always suffer from jet lag. On a whim bought this, took exactly as directed and aside from being a little tired, no jet lag! Worked both when leaving the country and returning. Will definitely use this whenever traveling in the future.

You need these
Theses were great. I started them the day before my flight. My conference was only 3 days including 1 day of flying. I took them 4 days total. I flew from WA to GA.

Didn’t work for us, but it may work for you.
This is a great idea, but on a trip to London it did not seem to get rid of the jet lag feeling. Although I’m not 100% certain, but we felt more tired while using it, but we sometimes have the opposite experience than what a product is supposed to do for you. It may work for you and if so it definitely would be beneficial.
