My reccomendation would be, either TENA LADY MAXI Night Pads or TENA COMFORT MAXI Pads. Both are excellent products. **Q: Are these unscented as stated in the description? As I haven't been able to find any always pads in high absorbency without the horrible strong scent** A: There is a light floral scent. It gets stronger when they are wet. However, My skin is very sensitive so I use toilet tissue on top of the pads to protect my skin from the chemicals, I may not be the right person to ask. I have a sensitive nose too but I don't find the smell offensive. I can however see how it could become quite heavy if you where to be found stuck in the same pad for quite some time. I imagine it's similar with any of these products. The overnight panties are good too. I always buy medium. Sizings are crazy I'm a size 8/10 UK but a small is very tight on waist. Hope that's helpful good luck!! **Q: How.much in litres do these hold?** A: Litres is not what they hold. It is millilitres & I would say that the night ones hold between 200ml to 300ml.
