NKJV Complete Evidence Study Bible – A Fact‑Based, Reader‑Friendly Resource
The NKJV Complete Evidence Study Bible is perfect for anyone who wants the familiar New King James Version paired with clear, scholarly support for each passage. The layout keeps the text readable and the notes handy, while the evidence‑focused commentary gives confidence in why the translation reads the way it does. Clear layout – Scripture appears in a clean, easy‑to‑read font with generous spacing; the side notes are positioned in the margins so the page never feels cluttered. Evidence‑focused commentary – Each note is brief (2–3 sentences) but cites specific sources such as the Dead Sea Scrolls, Septuagint, early church fathers, and other manuscript evidence, giving you a quick “why” for the wording. Helpful extras – Introductory essays on manuscript families, a timeline of biblical events, maps, and a comprehensive index turn the Bible into a one‑stop study tool. Durable build – Thick ivory‑white paper resists bleed‑through, and the leather‑look softcover holds up well to frequent use and travel. Minor drawback – The notes are concise; readers who want in‑depth theological discussion may need an additional commentary. The 1.5 mm margin leaves limited space for personal notes, though blank pages at the back can be used for journaling. Bottom line – If you value a well‑known translation with each verse supported by succinct, reliable evidence, the NKJV Complete Evidence Study Bible delivers exactly that. It balances scholarly rigor with everyday readability, making it an excellent choice for personal study, small‑group teaching, or anyone who wants “proof‑based” Scripture study.

Amazing Bible!! Just really thin pages...
I LOVE this Bible and the extra knowledge and information it has in it!!!! This is by far the most helpful Bible I have read in addition to my MacArthur Bible. The evidence study bible helps me with tough questions that I’ve even pondered or wanted a more effective way of answering. I also love may of the quotes from some of our brothers and sisters who have since fallen asleep. The pages are just a bit too thin. To the point that sometimes you can see through to the other page and it makes it difficult to read especially at night time with a light. Otherwise, I intend to purchase this Bible for a few fellow brothers in Christ at some point.

Such great learning notes inside
I have 5 different Bible’s and this one is already my favorite. I love the side notes from Ray and all of the “how to” answer questions. Beautiful and wonderful.

Must have Bible
If you’re looking for a great study bible this is it. It is detailed and breaks down some of the most difficult questions for Christian’s. The quality of the Bible is excellent and with everyday use I haven’t noticed a single issue.

Great Resource For Evangelism
The Evidence Bible has actually been around for a while in the form of the "Comfort-able KJV" edition where Ray Comfort actually did some editing to make the KJV a bit more readable. The original Evidence Bible has returned published by the same publishers, Bridge Logos Foundation, but now in the NKJV text. This is good as it allows for a true translation rather than Ray's personal update of the KJV (not that he did a bad job). While I personally would prefer The Evidence Bible to be in the ESV rather than the NKJV, I am okay with the translation. The Evidence Bible itself is very useful. It follows the witnessing pattern that The Way of the Master has become famous for and that is to lead sinners to see their sinfulness before a holy and just God through the Law of God found in Exodus 20:1-17. This is the example that Jesus gave us in Mark 10:17-21; John 4:7 and also that Paul gave in Romans 2:21-24. In Acts 24:25 we find Paul again preaching the Law before Felix. In Romans 7:7 Paul says that it is through the knowledge of the Law that we know what sin is and in 1 Timothy 1:8-11 Paul tells us that the Law is good if used to convict sinners. Romans 3:19-20 says that the Law of God shuts sinners mouths before Him so that they are guilty. The Law never saves but points to the Savior (Galatians 3:24 NKJV). The pros of this Bible are 1) it is very helpful in evangelism. A Christian can study this Bible to find evidences for the faith say against evolution and also helps to spur us on to witness for Jesus (Acts 1:8). 2) It is helpful in helping us with a Christian worldview. Ray Comfort has compiled numerous quotes on many ethical issues in this Bible which help the disciple have a strong biblical worldview on various subjects including evolution, marriage, etc. 3) Any disciple can use this Bible from an Arminian to a Calvinist. While Comfort favors an unlimited atonement (for example at Ray's note on John 7:37 he writes, "Salvation is possible for every person. See Acts 2:21." That seems clear to me.), Comfort avoids the election debate at passages such as Romans 9:18. 4) I also enjoyed the quotes that Comfort has placed all through the Bible about topics such as evangelism, prayer, holiness, etc. They are simple but powerful quotes. The negatives of this Bible would be 1) if you reject a literal 6 day creation then you'll probably not like The Evidence Bible. Comfort strongly supports (as do I) a six day, 24 hour creation view. If you reject Genesis 1-2 as literal history, you will not enjoy this Bible. 2) If you never share your faith with others, you'll not enjoy this Bible. From Genesis to Revelation, this Bible calls you to be bold in sharing your faith. Jesus went to the cross for our sins and yet you can't even tell others about His grace? If you are a lazy Christian, you'll not like this Bible. 3) If you don't pray you will want to avoid this Bible. 4) If you reject the inerrancy of the Bible you will want to avoid this Bible. 5) If you believe that there are more than one ways to God outside of personal faith in Jesus Christ (Romans 10:9-17), you will want to avoid this Bible. 6) Lastly, I don't favor the words of Christ in red and this edition does have them in red but its not a big deal. Conclusion This is a very helpful Bible to use when sharing your faith or preparing to share your faith. Brother Ray Comfort is a solid man of God and his wisdom in evangelism shows in this Bible. I do recommend it.

Nice Bible
This is more of a working Bible, not quite a study Bible. It doesn't have huge details outside of the more commonly debated parts. I do like the random quotes throughout.

Get this book
Yes, the Bible is a book. And even more so with the Evidence Bible because every page contains enlightening, fortifying information and commentary that on its own is enough to compose a second book. God tells us that it is immeasurably important to submerge ourselves in His Word every single day. I find that challenging, and my sporadic consumption of His Word has been a barrier to my spiritual growth. Notwithstanding, I am and always have been an avid reader - I just sometimes find myself feeling a little lost and easily distracted when reading my Bible. The enemy at work in my mind? This NKJV Evidence Bible guides me along, enriching not just the text but my journey as a Christian. It’s like reading the Bible and a really good book about the Bible and the Christian life all in one. Whereas the footnotes of so many other study Bibles are about geography, different phrasings of a word, etc., THESE footnotes are straightforward reference and ministry, both. There is A TON of content as you can see from my photos. It’s like visiting a beautiful new place, with the friendliest, most knowledgeable tour guide who will make sure you don’t miss a thing. I thank Jesus for Ray Comfort and the obvious love and care he took with this. Side note: a PERFECT Bible for children and teens as well. God bless!

Excellent
With much spiritual discernment Ray Comfort exhorts every witness of Christ to testify of God's work in argument, reason and example. The examples herin are taken from a wide range of history, nature, quotes and examples of blessed men of God and proclaim the mercy, messae and majesty of God. I recommend the purchase of this witnessing bible as a tool to encourage every believer to testify of the faith once delivered.

Bias and not good study bible for Christians
he is so bias and twists things to suit his own narrative, such on topics with science and Catholicism. He repeats same old arguments that have been disproven.
