My hat arrived folded, so there's all these lines (from folding it) throughout the hat. Does anyone know how to get rid of the creases?

Unfortunately, you just have to wear it and work the wrinkles out. They do release, mine did after my first extended wear at the pool. I rolled mine up a few times, really tight, and then again in the other direction and that helped flatten it a bit. But once you fit it on your head, wear it outside in the sun/water - it will release.
