This is a great mug. It is not only beautiful, but it is quite large and it is comfortable to hold despite its size.

Hefty, solid, large-volume mug. Accommodates two 8 oz Keurig brews nicely with just enough room for cream. And this mug is at least as gorgeous as its pic. Is it really 20 oz? Or is it more like 18-19oz? I kind of remember it being short 20 oz, but that discovery was weeks ago, and I'm not really complaining. But I figured I should mention it. One of my favorite mugs ever, and at 55 I've used many.

This mug lasted me a couple months before breaking this morning. I used it roughly every 3rd day. It cracked after I added tea from my thermos and some creamer. Disappointing. I heard it split as I picked it up, and it started leaking down the seam of the crack. I otherwise liked the design, size (a bit smaller than optimal, but ok), and the fit in my hand. But, it's unusable now and I won't be replacing it with a mug from the same company.

It came broken but I ordered a replacement. I hope it's packed better this time. I want to love this mug!

I love thisug! Perfect size for largest Keurig serving. Handle gives firm whole-hand grip without burning my hand. Doesn't spill bc of height, tip due to lg. bottom, and easy to drink from fluted top.

Bought the mug for the unique design, and was met with above expectations in both the color of the design in real life and the quality of the material. This product is perfect for everyday use, and its unique and brilliant design makes a very interesting conversation starter.

This was a gift to my husband. He poured hot water in it for tea and the mug cracked immediately his first time using it. Also, the mug holds closer to 19 oz than 21 oz.

Bought for my wife who likes a BIG cup of coffee in the morning. Unfortunately it developed a crack under normal usage. When asked if she wanted a replacement, she indicated the next one could crack too. Don't like less than favorable review, but thought I should share.
