WOW! This thing is GREAT! Makes a CREAMY HEAD and there is NO tin can taste. Taste like I am in an Irish Pub. The "Trick" is to slowly release the gas in the can using a thumbtack to pierce a small hole in the top of the can. Keep the pin pushed all the way in and ease off a little at a time to release the pressure in the can. It has to be done "Slowly" so you do NOT activate the "Widget" in the can. After the pressure is released, open the can, place the Nitrosurge on the can, turn it on and pour. YUMMY!

Works great with pin trick, some of my best pours with this! The key is to not let your Guinness stay in the fridge for too long to get too cold or let it warm up after taking it out of the fridge for a while.
