Works great, especially for the price.
This punch works perfectly and is a fraction of the cost of similar models. The size is spot on for 1/4 DIN controllers. I use it occasionally for panel builds and couldn't be happier. It can be a bit intimidating on the first time using it because there aren't any instructions and there are a lot of pieces. But you'll figure it out quickly. I would certainly recommend it.
