This is the perfect little cutter it can be a let chain.

Does what says although it kind of leaves a very thinned out piece of yarn at the end of most of the things I cut. Doesn't really matter unless youโre trying to push it through a needle to sew loose ends into something. I like it but if you have a pair of scissors you can definitely live without it.
