Goodness... these are amazing. For months I've had menopausal issues that included frequent, intense hot flashes that would keep me tossing and turning all night long. No sooner was one gone than another was there. It was brutal. The results of that insomnia were lots of aches, pains, chronic fatique and general malaise. I would roll out of bed exhausted and some days it was to the point of not being able to function 'normally', wondering how I could get through the day. I started with Natural Factors MenoSense after many other products failed me, and that was the best by far, giving me at least some relief. But then I happened upon an article on adrenal issues and decided perhaps my adrenals were in sorry shape (and they DO effect our hormones after all), and checked into this product. Adrenasense states "uninterrupted sleep", which I so desperately needed, and reviews from users told of their renewed energy, which I was sadly lacking for months. It was worth a try though, honestly, I was a skeptic! But I have to say, they've most definately been a "WIN!" for me! And to make it even better, their effectiveness (for me, surprisingly) started with day one, giving me almost instant and total relief from the hot flashes (I am still taking my MenoSense as well, using them in combination) AND no kidding, since night one I have slept at least 5 hours straight (which is remarkable for me!) and if I do awaken I am able to go right back to sleep for another 2-3 hours, I've had only a very few flashes (day or night!) and I've seriously had energy to burn! :) I am 57 years old and went out dancing twice this week with my 22 year old daughter! It doesn't get any better than that! :) I am amazed at the results, couldn't be happier with the product, and recommend it heartily! (Oh, and as an aside, I feel happier, too! Life is good!)

I've been using this product for years now and I will continue using it. I believe it fortifies the adrenal glands and as one ages, this is important.

Love this so much! Been taking AdrenaSense for over ten years. Take it in the afternoon between 2-4 it doesn’t make you sleepy then but when it’s time for bed you get a great nights sleep! It’s a great blend of Adaptogen herbs that calm you very well. For me I like to take a break from adaptogens every few days, so a few days taking them then a few days off. Unless you’re having a stressful day then they’re perfect!

Every time I take this formula I notice that my energy gently goes up a bit. It's a great combination of synergistic herbs that calm the mind and body and help with sleep.

I’ve been using this off and on for a couple years now. Started using it after being diagnosed with adrenal fatigue and wanted to find something less expensive, but comparable to the doctor’s more costly recommendation. I’ve tried several supplements for adrenal fatigue, and this was my favorite. You can get a lot or a little. When they’re on sale, I prefer to get the bigger bottle. If my adrenals are shot, I usually take 2 in the morning and 2 more at lunch. I like to pair it with the Menosense supplements (that I take at night) when I’m struggling to regulate body temperature. Mind you, I’m about to be 43. I started taking this 9-10 years ago. Once I no longer had adrenal fatigue, I slowly weened myself off of this, but I find that it helps around that time of the month as well. I can say that it helped me with my mood, and temperature regulation. As well as when I’m going through extended periods of high stress and not getting much sleep. Im not sure if it helps with energy since I tend to drink a lot of caffeine. (However, full transparency: I was advised to stop drinking high amounts of it, since that actually helped to cause adrenal fatigue. At the time, I was drinking 3-4 cups of coffee, staying up past 2AM, and drinking wine to help “relax” every night. ) The combination of Adrenosense and Menosense was and still is a game changer for me, along with cutting out a lot of caffeine, and taking better care of myself. I have a harder time with NOT staying up late.). Wish it was on sale more often, because I would always buy the big bottles if I could.

This product works for me at any time of day and also when I go to bed. For me, it really helps to quiet the racing mind.

Oh man! Thank goodness for Amazon and for herbal remedies. I just signed up this year and had held off since we're not big consumers and do not have a big budget but this co. really came in handy since we're not near stores and I had run out of these AdrenaSense. At first I thought it could be coincidental that my night sweats came back but as soon as my Amazon order came in and I resumed taking them, the night sweats stopped. I've always been a believer in herbal medicine when appropriate but I never cease to be amazed by the power of a quality product. Thank you Natural Factors. P.S. for all the women out there who are going through menopause don't be alarmed if suddenly you feel crazy. I stopped my menstruation suddenly and just as suddenly I got severe anxiety. These herbals helped regulate my sleep and probably calmed me too. You don't have to manage these changes alone. Talk and get the help if you need it. And thank you all who wrote reviews!
