Apple iPhone 13 Pro, 128GB, Sierra Blue - (Renewed)

The phone was up for £335 and dropped to £300 with 1 remaining. I was looking at a used one elsewhere but this was only £20 more. So it was less risk than a private seller and in 'Excellent' condition status. I was extrtemely surprised when it arrived. I assumed it was brand new. Absolutely pristine, no scratches on the front back or sides. It`s Blue but not distracting or bright. It seemed to not work setting it up from a clean install, no idea why but the third time it did. Hours later all my Apps and password were set up so I could test the phone. The battery was 85%, I would have liked more but I knew it was not new. However, it does seem to last longer than my iPhone 8 but that was 75% battery. It can get hot, very hot but I think that might be Apps doing that, some arent optimised well for the device it seems but that is another issue. I don`t think its a fault. After a week I have tested all the functions, I think and it appears to be working as expected. Now we know a week isnt anything as far as longfevity goes but it is Apple and the gear is quaity. Lets hope it works forever! Negative is the newer phones 13 and upward are heavy compared to earlier models. I wouldn`t want any heavier or more bulk in size. I have noticed the focussing is slow to lock on changing from one lens to another or from macro setting. Not sure if it is a fault. It eventually focusses. It`s not a huge probem. The cinema mode focus tracking works brillianty.

I’m very pleased with this phone. The battery is so much better than my old phone.

I will not advice anyone to go for this. I got this phone for my sister and she was so excited. The very first week we realised there was a problem with the sound we couldn’t hear her very well on a call but that was something we could overlook. The battery health was at 91% she only uses it for 3 Social Media platforms but the battery health is 77%. She received the phone on the 16th of August 2025 so this decline is under 6 months. The only positive thing I can say will be the colour of the phone. You should go for a new one if you have the money.

The phone arrived next day. It was well packaged in a robust box. It was in very good condition and looked almost new to me. I couldn’t see any marks or scratches on it. I transferred everything from my old phone to the new one and it’s all working as it should. My only slight niggle is that it didn’t come with the little Sim compartment key, but luckily I did already have one in the man drawer!. Overall, I’m really pleased with it and think it’s good value for money. Looking forward to getting a few years use from it.

I’ve no complaints about this phone but it is pretty weighty so expect that when ordering. Definitely feel one in your hand before deciding on the 13 or 13 pro. They’re the same size but different weights. Your buying a mini computer with WiFi and a phone really. All-round brilliant phone. Really fast with great scrolling and display. Crazy number of features even at this age. Great value at this price. I chose this version 13 because I wanted a good number of years before apps started refusing to update which was just beginning to happen in my IPhone 7. eBay ceased working for instance. I cloned my IPhone 7 to the 13 Pro and it was super easy over Bluetooth and the old iPhone is now my backup and my verification phone. I didn’t erase the 7. Of course now non updatable apps are updating on the 13. Difference between to 7 and 13 is considerable. If you’re driving and using the IPhone for navigation the Max might suit you better but you’ll need muscles for that one carrying it around in general use. Mapping and navigating on the 13 Pro is brilliantly fast and smooth. When I’m walking and navigating the 13 Pro is amazingly precise to my position in the street. The Pro version has ultra smooth scrolling. My 13 pro is like new with 100% battery. Will give years of service to those who update their phones occasionally and buy older models. In my opinion £328 for 128gig version is a very fair price based on the excellent quality but would recommend £361 for the 256gig version, but I’m on a budget. Hope I won’t regret it. Good luck!!!! Bought on a bit of an impulsive whim as my old iPhone X had been through the ringer and I was eyeing an upgrade for awhile.. had a £50 voucher to use and figured why not. Like many other reviews, I received the phone earlier than expected (it said 17th-20th June, I received on the 15th) and it was packaged securely. No visibly scratches or marks, works and looks like new, and has 99% battery health which was a good surprise :) I jazzed it up with a cute case and screen protectors, it’s well worth it to buy second-hand. Go for it. 😼

Phone is a birthday gift for our son, I’d previously got one from giffgaff but when it arrived it wasn’t the excellent as new condition they promised so back it’s gone. Thought I’d try this company , and was apprehensive after being burnt before ! But iv just opened it up and its PRISTINE!! Not a mark on it , wouldn’t know it had ever been used ! No sim in it yet as its a gift. Added bonus which was a suprise was there was the charging lead, plus a plug ! Plus a lovely protective case, lovely touch. Well pleased !
