Apple iPhone 13 Pro, 128GB, Sierra Blue - (Renewed)

The phone was up for £335 and dropped to £300 with 1 remaining. I was looking at a used one elsewhere but this was only £20 more. So it was less risk than a private seller and in 'Excellent' condition status. I was extrtemely surprised when it arrived. I assumed it was brand new. Absolutely pristine, no scratches on the front back or sides. It`s Blue but not distracting or bright. It seemed to not work setting it up from a clean install, no idea why but the third time it did. Hours later all my Apps and password were set up so I could test the phone. The battery was 85%, I would have liked more but I knew it was not new. However, it does seem to last longer than my iPhone 8 but that was 75% battery. It can get hot, very hot but I think that might be Apps doing that, some arent optimised well for the device it seems but that is another issue. I don`t think its a fault. After a week I have tested all the functions, I think and it appears to be working as expected. Now we know a week isnt anything as far as longfevity goes but it is Apple and the gear is quaity. Lets hope it works forever! Negative is the newer phones 13 and upward are heavy compared to earlier models. I wouldn`t want any heavier or more bulk in size. I have noticed the focussing is slow to lock on changing from one lens to another or from macro setting. Not sure if it is a fault. It eventually focusses. It`s not a huge probem. The cinema mode focus tracking works brillianty.

I’m extremely happy with my renewed iPhone 13 pro. It arrived in excellent condition, looking almost brand new with no noticeable scratches or marks. The screen is flawless, the body is pristine, and the phone feels solid and well cared for. Performance-wise, it works perfectly. Everything runs smoothly, from apps and multitasking to camera performance and battery life. Face ID, speakers, buttons, and connectivity all function exactly as they should, with no issues at all. Overall, this renewed iPhone 13 pro exceeded my expectations. It offers the same premium experience as a new device but at a much better value. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering a renewed phone.

I purchased an iphone 13, feeling reassured by the year warranty and also having purchased insurance. The phone became defective after a month, screen glitching and phone stopped turning on. I sent it to the seller to try and fix but they admitted that it required a new part and said it would take a week to order the new part and another week before I would get phone back. They also offered a refund which I decided to take as I couldn’t go a further two weeks without a phone. They then said they would be deducting 5% from what I paid as it had been over a month but my understanding was that, as it was within the first year and the defect was not my fault that it should be a refund. In multiple conversations with amazon customer service they said I could receive a full refund and were very helpful but as the seller now had the phone, I couldn’t return it. The sellers stuck by the 5% deduction but said they would return the broken phone to me so I could return via amazon. I asked after a couple of days when they refund it, only for them to say they had started processing the refund with 5% deducted. I hadn’t agreed to that and honestly would have just waited to get the phone fixed if I knew I would be losing out on money as I can’t really afford to pay 5% and not have a phone at the end of it. I spoke once more with Amazon and they kindly agreed to pay the difference that the seller had deducted. Following all of this, I still don’t fully understand why I wasn’t covered by the year warranty and I just would like to make future buyers aware of these stipulations. The phone itself when it first arrived was good quality and I enjoyed using it, it would have been a good purchase if the phone hadn’t been defective. I felt the sellers handled the situation poorly and were rude to communicate with. They have been dishonest with the returns policy. Amazon themselves were extremely helpful, just be wary when ordering from the sellers.

Very good phone in almost new condition. Good battery life and came with a free case. Delivery was fast. I was using iPhone 7 before this so a big change for me. Easy to use and pictures are great.

Fast dispatch and delivery time from seller UR.co.uk. The iPhone arrived well packaged and sooner than advised. This is my first time purchasing a renewed phone, due to the high cost of new ones. I went for a 13 pro 128 GB in Graphite, new/excellent condition. (No visible marks or scratches from 20 centimetres way??) The phone dose have some very fine scratches around the top front edge of the bezel but the rest of the phone , screen and camera lenes areas are in excellent condition as new. (With phone case fitted, no marks along front top edge of bezel are visible) Everything is working on the phone, as it should with no problems found at this time. The battery condition is 89% and comes with Amazon’s 1 years warranty/guarantee for peace of mind. Very happy with my purchase for just over £400 and would go for another renewed phone in the future when required. Have dropped the star rating to a 4 only because there was no phone cable or sim removal tool suppled with the phone.

Can’t fault at all ! originally got a phone frm back market and it was such a waste of money . Thought I’d get one from Amazon and it in immaculate condition, 95 percent battery and they even gave me a free protector. Very happy with it

I have used several companies for refurbished electronics and this was my first purchase through Amazon Renewed. Whilst you need to be alert buying second hand my general experiences over many years buying IPad, phones etc has been excellent. It fits my value set in reusing and is also much more cost effective. So this IPhone 13 Pro arrived with me. Came in a brown box, bubble packaged and with a non Apple charge cable. Opening the packaging the phone looked new. Screen was crisp and case perfect. It’s quite clear the phone sent here has been recasted and re screened. Battery said 100% but looking into the phone with 3utools available on the web it was really at 78%. After charging - pretty dead. This is below Apples 80% standard but bear in mind whether it’s 78% or 80% there’s not much difference being philosophical particularly as the phone even renewed has a three year old core. It also became clear the screen had been reglassed… quite a common practice where the glass is damaged refurbers have kit to remove the glass and replace with new over the OLED screen - the Apple screen glass is one of the best and toughest in the industry and the biggest impact of this from a practical sense is that the new glass struggles to stick a screen protector on because whilst it looks just the same the surface is different. However, the screen is a genuine Apple one so you still have a great experience in every way. I tested the phone both through the internal test Apple have and also through the software and aside from the battery got a clean bill of health. So reflecting on what I have it’s a very pretty phone ( pictured but with a screen cover and protectors on the lenses for the eagle eyed and so it stays perfect in a case with good components but a crappy battery. Remeber though I paid £350 for it so for an IPhone 13 Pro that’s a lot of phone for the money as well as being the 256GB version. It’s inevitably the battery will need changing at some point soon ( at a cost of £60-90 dependent on OEM or non OEM) but if that’s done and I go OEM have a £440 phone that to all intents an purposes looks new and works perfectly ( save for some hassle fitting the screen protector that I wouldn’t have if new. An equivalent IPhone 14 refurbed from Apple is something like £740 in 256 MB with a slightly better camera with less zoom. That’s a big difference of £300 So Amazon, on balance, I think you did good. Well done

Premetto che non ho l’abitudine di fare recensioni, anche se in realtà le utilizzo molto per i miei acquisti, in questo caso però volevo condividere la mia soddisfazione che ha sciolto il mio scetticismo iniziale. Ho aspettato qualche settimana prima di lasciare la mia valutazione del mio nuovo iPhone 13 Pro (acquistato il 16/06/2025) per verificare il corretto funzionamento. Al momento dell’acquisto era il prezzo migliore del web e vorrei recensire la mia esperienza sull’acquisto di uno smartphone ricondizionato più che il prodotto in sé (le caratteristiche sono facilmente reperibili ovunque in rete) Sono un possessore di iPhone dal 2015, ho avuto un iPhone SE 1° generazione e successivamente un iPhone SE 2020 e, a seguito del guasto di quest’ultimo, avevo urgente necessità di un nuovo telefono. Il mio budget era limitato ma era comunque mia intenzione restare su un dispositivo Apple, sia per la longevità dei precedenti che per una questione pratica nella gestione di tutti i dati avendo il backup del mio vecchio smartphone. Ho quindi iniziato a ricercare informazioni e siti per l’acquisto di un ricondizionato e la mia scelta è ricaduta inizialmente su iPhone 13 e successivamente su iPhone 13 Pro, essendo amante della fotografia e quindi poter sfruttare il comparto fotografico avanzato di questo modello. Nonostante le molte recensioni positive avevo un po' di timore di riscontrare problemi e/o ricevere un dispositivo non all’altezza delle mie aspettative. Mi sono ricreduto ovviamente in meglio, l’acquisto è stato effettuato dal venditore Phone-Buddy in condizioni eccellenti, è arrivato in una confezione non originale ma comunque ben fatta e con all’interno il cavo di ricarica (lightning-usb-c) e l’estrattore della sim. Lo stato estetico è come nuovo, non presentava nessun difetto. Unico neo, se proprio devo trovare il pelo nell’uovo, è lo stato della batteria che è al 86%, ma più che una aspettativa la mia era una speranza che fosse più alta, essendo comunque chiaramente espresso che lo stato minimo è del 80%. Ad ogni modo, con un utilizzo non intensivo, quindi quando non utilizzo navigatore, giochi o riproduzione video, arriva tranquillamente a fine giornata (attualmente faccio una ricarica ogni 24 ore circa con un utilizzo moderato). Nessuna problematica quindi al momento, ho effettuato il ripristino dal backup in mio possesso e funziona tutto molto bene, sono molto entusiasta. Mi rendo conto che ogni esperienza potrebbe essere diversa, ma per quel che mi riguarda, come ho già detto, mi ritengo soddisfatto e consiglio l’acquisto.
