J'ai 2 bergers australien plein d'énergie qui demandent une attention particulière en ce qui concerne la discipline et l'obéissance. Je me suis tourné vers le système DOGTRA ARC sous la recommandation de mon dresseur. Il y a quelques semaines, le chargeur d'origine a été égaré et j'ai dû me tourner vers une unité de remplacement. J'ai tout d'abord regardé chez DOGTRA pour vérifier le prix et la disponibilité. Je fut estomaqué lorsque j'ai constaté le prix exigé pour un chargeur et le câble répartiteur. Plus de 130 $ CA. J'ai arrêté mes recherches sur ce modèle à 30 $ CA en me disant que le risque était minime à ce prix. Dès que j'ai branché les 2 colliers et la manette de contrôle la charge a débuté sans aucun problème.I have 2 australian sheppards full of energy who need a particular attention concerning discipline and obedience. That's why under the advises of my trainer, I purchased the ARC DOGTRA system. Unfortunately the original charging unit was lost and I had to replace it. I've checked at DOGTRA for price and avilability and was flabergasted by the price of the charging unit and the split cable. More than 130 $ CA. I've stopped my reserch on this specific unit at 30$ CA telling to myself that the risk isn't too great for the price. As soon as I've plugged the 2 collars and the controller it completed a full charge with no problem at all. Final words, DOGTRA, you have to review your prices, the competition is busting you.

Works great
We wanted a 2nd charger for our dog collar and remote. This outputs the required 10 volts DC. Works as described and we are happy with it. Wish they made a cig plug version that output 10 v DC.

Did not function as advertised
Complete waste of time and money (including $80 expedited shipping charge!). Unit did not work and wouldn’t charge our Dogtra 1900S e-collar or controller.
