I have been smelling a fraction of the items my wife can smell for decades. When I received the kit only two of the essential oils had a fragrance that I could smell. I have been using this for three weeks and I can smell each if the fragrances clearly. I am also detecting more fragrances around the kitchen. I'm very happy with these early results.

I have had odd, shifting ability to smell as a result of the long term effects of an illness that shall not be named. I wondered how 4 smells could rejuvenate my smell ? I suppose the idea is that they hit different areas of smell perception that affect your ability to smell other smells. not sure what the science behind this is. I first tried these when the illness mostly knocked out my smell and it didnt seem to help. But then months later when my smell mostly returned but was wonky, I tried this again and it really helped straighten out my sense of smell.It could be that you need to retrain your brain. I recommend this product.
