Runs small, consider sizing two sizes up. I wear a Medium in just about every brand and style, but I do go for the occasional Large with running/exercise-related stuff. So, I got a Large for these (bought three of them in different colors) and they feel like fitted Mediums. They rub my lats raw, like no other shirt I've ever worn. ... As far as the material, style, and quality go, I'm impressed and look forward to trying an X-Large -- but I'm surprised that Nike is this far off on standard sizing. The perforated back is great for breathability and they feel like they'll last for years.

The material looks cotton on the Amazon site, but is not cotton but more of a polyester, and men, you can't have a gut and wear this shirt, it's a body fit type shirt, it's not a bad shirt at all, but make sure you are dieting because it going to show all the bumps.
