This product does not come with the bracket to hang it as it shows in the pictures and nowhere does it tell you it does not come with it.

Not worth the upgrade!
I am an IT Tech for a school district. We recently ordered these after having purchased 585wi 2 yrs prior. The staff/teachers love them. However this model has been a constant issue. The power on the machine it self has flaws. We ordered 40 and the same issue with 4 so far and still have more to install in rooms. The sound is also horrible on this model. Epson stepped down when producing this model. If you buy one the 585 Wi is mush more reliable, durable and easy set up! Sound is better, louder and picture quality is good! We as a district are not impressed with the 685Wi model!
