Works for me...
I've been using this product for around 2 months now. I am more relaxed during the night - can fall asleep faster, stay asleep for longer and can get back to sleep quickly if I wake during the night. The natural ingredients also make me feel more balanced during waking hours the next day. This is the best sleep aid product I've ever tried. It actually works.
