There is a lot to like about the completeness of the kit, the ease of setup and take down, and the variety of exercises you can perform. The lat bar is a three piece snap together. It feels a little sketchy over 100lbs. The center section is for tricep extension and it’s fine. The rope pull is the same as any gym. The weight holder seems a little light duty and I don’t use it. I have it mounted on my smith machine and just use the bar on the machine. The cables are a smaller gauge than the gym but hold 180lbs just fine. The pulleys are nylon, smooth and solid. Unless you’re into heavy lifting this a great option for a variety of cable exercises limited only by your imagination in connecting the cables and pulleys.
