This stuff saved my life while cruising through rough seas avoiding a hurricane near the Bahamas. Follow directions chew one to two tablets daily till you don't need them any more. This prevents motion sickness, nausea, weird headaches & more. I got the 16 tablet foil punch out package. This will last you 10 to 16 days depending on how many you have to take. I suggest 1 pill at first to see how you react & feel. Talk to your Dr. about other meds you're taking for no drug interaction. It works extremely Well. No stickiness, no bad taste. I travel frequently and Dramamine always made me feel tired, which defeats the purpose when you need to actually function after landing. Bonine handles motion sickness on flights just as well without the drowsiness. The raspberry flavor is tolerable. These work perfect for motion sickness and nausea!!!! They are a little chalky but works pretty quickly. It’s the only thing that helped me. I also take before I get on a plane and they easily pack well in carryon. Highly recommend these.

Work great! I have used it on cruises and airplanes and have not gotten motion sickness. It does not make me as tired as the other brand.

Because it contains meclyzine it works very well for vertigo symptoms.

I purchased this for a cruise, and for my first flight and NO NAUSEA what so ever! Will definitely buy this product again. It has a good taste, and isnt expensive at all.
