To get 2500 calories you have to consume two servings. A single serving is a actually four massive scoops that fills your blender. And you have to have two of these mixed with full fat milk to get the claimed 2500. This is the same with any weight gainer. You get more calories, you save more money and it lasts longer if you just buy normal weight gain.
