This is a 400g tin of chopped tomatoes. They are chopped and contain juice. They are versatile and work well in pasta and Bolognese sauces. They cook down well and thicken sauces. They do have a chunky texture but when simmered cook down well. The colour is good to. The flavour is good, not too sour but definitely not sweet. Great price a very good flavor at the end of the it's just tinned tomatoes want to make him a spaghetti bolognese but I'm very impressed how good quality for the money

Li ho provati e mi sono piaciuti! I pomodori italiani in pezzi non sono acidi, hanno un sapore dolce e genuino che si abbina bene a tanti piatti, dalle paste alle zuppe. La consistenza è buona e si sente che sono fatti con pomodori di qualità. Perfetti se vuoi un sugo casalingo senza l’acidità forte che a volte hanno altri pomodori in scatola. Li ricomprerei! 🍅😋

Très bonne sauce et besoin de mettre d'y sucre pour casser l'acidité

Perfetti questi pomodori tagliati a fettine, ho subito provato a fare un sugo con una confezione e direi che è per due persone precisa, poi dipende da quanta pasta fate. Cotto con cipolla, sale senza aggiungere altro, per sentirne bene il sapore, e direi che il sapore ha un retrogusto leggermente acidulo, ma si può correggere benissimo con un po' di zucchero o burro. Per il resto questo sugo lega benissimo con la pasta di ogni tipologia, la pasta infatti prende il sugo che è una meraviglia, sia corta che lunga, mi è piaciuto tantissimo e ho fatto l'abbonamento perché per qualità e prezzo è ottimo!!
