Great design. Very precisely made. Comfortable and powerful cutting. Very sharp and effective on everything from tissue paper to heavy leather and even light sheet metal.

Couldn't find a replacement set after leaving them on a construction site! Had to order another pair, they work so great on all commercial insulation needs, short of metal jacketing. I'm sure they would cut aluminum, but wouldn't last very long. Perfect for ceel-co (pvc jacket). All-around good quality, sturdy enough for reasonable construction. Don't seem to gum up when cutting tape or similar.

After returning two different (1 lighter and 1 heavier) Fiskars snips, I have finally found the sweet spot. These are awesome... a lifetime tool. Number one is the previously easily broken close lock mechanism. This version has cured that fiskars weakness with a slick new click button. (the reason I returned the other 2) Interestingly, there is also an apparently IDENTICAL unit that costs $58!! Double the cost of this one. So I asked grok Ai. He says they're the exact same thing. Just get this. It's rugged.

It took days to figure out how to open. My favorite is they cut any packaging. See.s I use daily so good investment here.

Lefties , these are your scissors./shears and if you're the lady of the house , hide them from your spouse or you'll never see them again . As to the safety lock , Fiskars either fixed the problem or I was lucky with my set because the safety works as intended on my unit . these have cut cloth , 24 gauge wire plastic ,thin wood and aluminum sheet and still sharp , Again , if you're left-handed or right-handed they work equally great and if you're smart you'll get two because one of them will "disappear" on ya !

I got these hoping they will be easy to use for trail and yard work with winter gloves and mitts. The grip is hard plastic which is pretty slippery even in bare hands. I will have to rough up the surface or find a way to make them less likely to fumble but I do like them.

These are exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price - designed by fiskars and built for them in Taiwan (Yay! not china - I prefer buying from an ally, not a tyrannical adversary). These are good utility snips between tin snips, etc. and light duty scissors. Now if I can keep my wife from absconding with them.

Fue una compra excelente. Me gusto mucho el tamaño y se amolda perfecto a la mano, es muy buena calidad y el proposito de comprar estas tijeras fue para un trabajo especial y estoy totalmente conforme y satisfecho. Estoy seguro que Fiskars es muy buena calidad....

La lame est très qualitative, sans aucun jeu, mais mériterait d'être un poil plus longue. En revanche, le plastique du manche est un peu léger, j'aurais préféré quelque chose de plus rigide et solide. Egalement, il aurait fallu que la lame aille jusqu'en bas du manche pour permettre d'avoir plus de levier lors des coupes difficiles.

Use them in the workshop to cut most everything. Liked them so much I bought another pair for the 4WD. They cut extremely well. A solid unit.
