The straps metal clip wouldn’t hold where I had adjusted it.. and then I read the reviews and looked at mine. I took the strap out of the clip and reversed the clip and it was fixed and held my weight. No instructions (not that you should need any), and when I try to adjust the length with the metal buckle it won't hold the strap in place.
