The Perfect Space-Saving USB Hub for a Neat, Efficient Workspace
The ORICO USB Hub has been a game changer for my workspace. The clamp design with an adjustable screw is geniusโit easily mounts to the edge of my monitor or desk (anywhere from 0.39 to 1.26 inches thick) without taking up much space. It keeps my desk tidy and organized, and the rubber cover on the screw protects my monitor from scratches, which is a nice touch. One of the best features is the extra power supply port that ensures my devices stay safe and works seamlessly with higher-powered gadgets. The hubโs compact size makes it super handy for quick access to all my USB devices without needing to search for ports behind my computer. Data transfer speed is impressive, too, with four USB 3.0 ports offering transfer rates up to 5Gbps, making moving large files a breeze. Plus, itโs backward compatible with USB 2.0, so I can still use my older devices without a hitch. Setup is completely hassle-freeโno drivers needed. Itโs plug-and-play with support for Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, and Chrome OS, making it really versatile. The aluminum alloy build feels sturdy and helps dissipate heat, so Iโm confident itโll last a long time. Overall, the ORICO USB Hub is an awesome addition to any setup if you need more USB ports and a neat desk. And if anything goes wrong, their customer service is quick to respond. Definitely recommend

Minimalist, Convenient, and a Must-Have for Any PC Setup!
I absolutely love the ORICO USB 3.0 Hub! Itโs honestly one of my favourite parts of my PC setup. Design: The design is super minimalistโyou barely notice itโs there, but itโs incredibly convenient to have four USB ports right beside you. It clamps securely to the front of my desk, which not only keeps it out of the way but also saves me from the clutter of having a USB hub on top of my desk. Functionality: One thing I really appreciate is the option to add a power supply if youโre planning to charge multiple devices at the same time. This feature is great for anyone who wants to charge phones, tablets, or other gadgets without overloading the hub. Overall Experience: If youโre looking for a sleek, practical, and reliable USB hub, the ORICO USB 3.0 Hub is definitely worth it. It blends perfectly into my setup while keeping everything easily accessible. Highly recommended!

Game Changer for My Desk Setup!
Such a simple, cheap product which has improved my workflow due to its convenience. I attached it to the bottom of my monitor which makes it easy to reach and plug in devices. I no longer have to fiddle with ports on the back of the PC or remove other devices from the front. It appears to be well-built, sturdy, and has a small profile. Despite its compact size, it offers multiple USB ports, which is a huge plus for connecting various devices simultaneously. The clamp mechanism is secure, and it holds the hub firmly in place without causing any damage to the surface itโs attached to. The USB 3.0 ports provide fast data transfer speeds, which is particularly useful for transferring large files or using external drives. My main use-case is using it to connect to portable USB Hard-drives for backups. Overall, this USB hub has significantly streamlined my setup, making it much more efficient and user-friendly. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to expand their USB port availability in a tidy and accessible way.

Good but not quite perfect
This is a great idea, I love the concept behind it and how it looks when mounted on a monitor, desk, bracket etc. The data transfer is good, I have been using it to make a controller easier to add and remove on my PC. However despite the fancy clamping arrangement on anything that isn't square or parallel it will pop off very easily if you try to plug anything into it, which is a little annoying. However, the build quality is good, it's low profile and I like that it has the ability to add a second USB connection for extra power.

ORICO USB Splitter
This is an excellent USB splitter. So easy to install - plug in to your PC or laptop and it is immediately ready to use. The clamp is fantastic and fits perfectly on my desk meaning that I can โhideโ various USB devices out of sight and manage the cables in a neat and tidy way but it also means that the hub is easily accessible when you want to add a device for just a short period of time. The hub connected to the PC without any issue at all and seems to work perfectly. I have had no issues with this item and I would highly recommend the hub.

Easy to install and set up
Great little bit of kit, so good I ended up buying another. Easy to clamp on to a work surface, pretty compact. I used it to turn the one USB charging port on my desk in to 4 charging ports and it works brilliantly.

A Well-Made USB Hub, but Check Your Table First
The ORICO USB 3.0 Hub Clamp Adapter is a great little device that works exactly as advertised. It feels solid and well-made, with an aluminium body that gives it a premium look and feel. The four USB 3.0 ports are fast and reliable, handling multiple devices at once without any issues. The extra power supply option is a nice touch for those who need to connect power-hungry peripherals. Unfortunately, I discovered after purchasing it that the clamp doesnโt fit my table, so Iโve had to attach it to a light fitting instead. Thatโs entirely my own fault, as I didnโt check the measurements before buying. Even so, it works perfectly in its improvised position and hasnโt given me any trouble. Overall, Iโm very pleased with this hub. Itโs sturdy, functional, and does exactly what it promises. If youโre considering it, Iโd just recommend double-checking the thickness of your table or desk to make sure the clamp will fit. Despite my setup adjustment, Iโm happy with how it performs.

Love the format, but cost cutting left it with a serious bug...
As many said, it's great for the edge of the desk. I use one as such with keyboard, scroll wheel and touchpad; as well as the odd stick. However there is a big problem in the sense that quite often, it will disconnect ALL devices that are plugged when you unplug/replug a device... Being curious, I opened it up and discovered that there is basically zero filtering on the ports. There are footprints for capacitors, and they aren't populated. I added 10uF 0805 and one 100nF 0603 and that has cured my problem, however, i wouldn't trust it with higher draw devices like a disk, there's just isn't enough filtering for the hub to take the 'hit' like that, you would need a couple of 100uF in there to buffer the current draw.

Works well until you want to power it using the microUSB
It's a very simple hub that works but do note that it does not provide protection against backflow of power to your device/PC, which can be harmful to your device/PC. Bought this as the hub can be powered through the microUSB port, and thus able to use more power hungry devices through the hub. But it caused many erratic issue with many laptops. Measured the voltage of the USB cable that is to be connected to the PC. While disconnected shows 5.24V, which could be the reason of the erratic behaviours as it is higher than the 5.1-5.2V that laptop USB ports output. May need some modifications to make it work safely.

Rock solid
I use my Macbook Pro to import digital image via XQD reader to an external hard drive and then process via Lightroom and export to a second external hard drive. My laptop only has two usb ports and one of them is taken by a Bluetooth dongle for a mouse. Few things are as frustrating as getting the message that your drive, while you are in the middle of using it, was improperly ejected, due to an unsteady connection through a sloppy USB hubr, requiring me to wait 30 minutes for my Mac to test and reload the drive. I keep this hub clamped to a bookshelve next to my reclining chair and can comforatbly and confidently work with all the peripherals I need connected with no fear of mishap. The hub stays put and the usb connections are tight. Very good fit and finish. My only regret is that it is not externally powered as I suspect that sometimes my laptop is not supplying adequate power to run three drives at once.
