Rock solid hitch lock! This device is so much more solid-fitting and secure than the lock I had .. I can’t imagine a way to get this lock off without making the hitch inoperable. Excellent lock!

Amazing products, but with this my trailer tongue was just to big for it even though I have a 2 inch ball trailer it was just to small for my trailer tongue

Love the coupler lock! It’s heavy duty, has good weight to it and easy to apply and remove. Compatible with my NoBo 19.4 camper. Absolutely don’t like the hitch lock. You insert the key and spin it around and around to lock and unlock. If not for that, I would have given 5 stars. They are both heavy duty.

I just spent days rebuilding my boat trailer. Bought this lock to protect my investment. Delivery from Amazon was flawless, I ordered it Saturday and it was on my doorstep Sunday morning before 8am. My problem is the key does not unlock it. It is now stuck on my trailer!! I am so pi$$ed!!! I've spent many hours and lots of money to rebuild my trailer and now this lock is stuck on my trailer tongue and will not unlock with any of the keys supplied. Now I am stuck, can't take my boat out for the planned holiday with friends. Can't return it to Amazon because it is locked to my trailer and I cannot get it off without drilling out the cylinder or cutting the device itself. Biggest problem I am having right now is you are using USA in your name and your product is Made in China! Where is the quality control?!? Oh yeah, back in China. I'll never buy anything from Rhino "USA" again.

This item was very good quality. It was returned since it did not fit the hitch configuration on our RV.
