Can I use this product on my face and neck?

Very unsure of face and neck. It says hand and nail.

Does it get absorbed quickly?

The type in the tin does seem to absorb more quickly and is easier to apply to the back of your hand without involving too many fingers. I also think that version works better on strengthening nails.

Are these 150, or 250 ml each? The description says 8.45 oz each, which is 250 ml, but the picture shows 150 ml.
