I have had this grinder for about a year and have been happy with the performance, until now. I am trying to purchase new grinding plates and can not obtain the correct size. The owners manual does not provide anything other than 3mm, 5mm, and 7 mm. I thought I found a set on Amazon but the circumference of the original plates is twice as big as the replacements. As I continued looking, the standard recommendation is that I know the exact measurements. The manufacturers site doesn't list them either so at this point I am at a loss. I contacted the manufacturer and they responded quickly and sent me the replacement parts needed. I am grinding my own beef and chicken a couple of times a month and the machine has been a champ. Can't beat it for the price point.

I bought this grinder because we process deer meat all winter and ours broke over the summer. It’s not as bulky as our last one which I love for easy storage! It comes with so many different attachments outside of grinding meat. It grinded it so smooth and quick. I don’t know if our last one was just not very good but I was extremely impressed by the speed and ease of this thing. 10/10 recommend!!!

UPDATE: had a problem with my meat grinder and the company’s customer service was amazing! Respect to that as it is rare. It initially worked well for my dogs food as was using Standard meat but after about the fifth time of using it the Main section that turns seems to move and wobble everywhere. It seems like it’s going to break with him a few months! Not sturdily built clearly

The grinder blade broke and we threw it away. After getting 3 types from Amazon, non fit the housing. I sent email asking for a replacement or where to buy the correct blade. They insist that I have to send them a pic of the broken blade. They refused to help unless I provide the picture. I just want them to let me know where to buy the replacement blade. Please do not buy this product, the blade they use is not compatible like the others. If the blade breaks, you are out of luck.

We received the grinder to grind meat for dogs and machine worked well for 6 months. Something happened with the switch and would not operate. I contacted Housnat customer service and sent video to them and they IMMEDIATLEY shipped out another without having to bother sending old unit first. Very good little inexpensive machine and new one is doing fine. Thanks again for the outstanding customer service support with having to involve Amazon at all.

I process my own meat when I hunt and this was amazing the most powerful home grinder I have used. I ground up all the meat I had which was around 15 lbs. in around 10 minutes then was able to double grind the meat in anoter 5-10 minutes. Worked great and clean up was easy. Very happy with this purchase.

Got my machine today. Got everything washed, dried and sorted. Had 2 steaks ready to grind. Tried simply cooking one and it was really tough so I figured I'd grind the other two. Sliced into strips and started the machine. Less than a minute and I had a pile of ground steak! 30 minutes later I had a nice stroganoff. Cleanup was fast and easy. I had head these machines could be really loud but found that this one was not. Not whisper quiet but not particularly loud. Really impressed with how easy the meat fed into it. No complaints at all. I hope this thing last for years and years! Would recommend to everyone!

I can confirm this item shouldnt be being sold to the UK as its a US item and wont work here…. I wish i had read the comments first… plus its an absolute pain to return…

Samsung's evaluation is for after-sales service I broke it after only one use, but the customer service was very good and actively cooperated with me in returning and refunding. Good service is more important than good quality products. Please continue to work hard.

The meat grinder works well but remember this is 110 volt machine so you will require a 110 transformer in countries that use 220 volt outlets. It cannot stuff sausage skins as the sausage attachment is too small for the fixing ring, it's clearly from another machine completely as the sausage attachment falls straight through to fixing ring and is way too small for the cutting plate anyway. See pic of sausage attachment that literally slips straight through the fixing ring and the attachment is supposed to be the same diameter of the lugs on the cutting plate. Furthermore there is only one size sausage attachment so even if it did fit, you would be limited to only using the large hog skins as unsuitable for the thin sheep skins. See pic of the Kubbe attachment and the lugs "AGAIN" which are nowhere close to the right size to fit the grinding head. Kubbe attachment is supposed to be the same size as the cutting plate to fit the grinding head. I only bought it to grind meat and make sausages, the other grating attachments are useless as I have better attachments on my blender which works brilliantly. If you want a grinder, get a grinder, if you want to make sausage, get a sausage stuffer, not only cheaper but you know will work as intended. Big regret buying this! 1 star for meat grinder and early delivery.
