Good quality foam board.
I use these to cut out wreath attachments for wreaths. Then cover it with material. Great quality. Good thickness. I bought white but it comes in other colors. Easy to use and would recommend.

Not foam core board
This is described as foam core board, but it is not. Foam core board is a layered construction with foam in the middle, generally with thick paper sandwiching the foam. Instead this is simply foam panels, so the surface isn't great (bare foam, not nice smooth paper) and the durability also isn't great (no reinforcement from the paper so it is easy to bend and break, as well as dent/damage the surface).
