The texture is decent, with a crunchy bite, but it can become a bit dry without milk. The almond pieces add some variety, though they don’t significantly improve the overall experience. It’s reasonably filling due to the protein content, which is its strongest point. Overall, it’s an average cereal that’s functional and somewhat nutritious, but the taste and enjoyment are fairly underwhelming.

Good health option cause of the protein and the easy on my stomach good and versatile I ate this multiple times a day cause cause of how way it is eat and not bad for me and taste good and good crunch good value compared to other healthy brands

This cereal is delicious. I drink the Premier Protein drinks which I like so I tried this cereal because it's high in protein n I really like. It. I'm diabetic and I need protein so I am happy I found this cereal. I bought the berry because the chocolate has soy in it n I can't have too much soy....n everything seems to have soy in it. N it's not high in sugar which is great for me.

I tried both mixed berry and chocolate, I definitely prefer the chocolate one especially if I'm adding some unflavored whey protein too it. The mixed berry one is far less flavorful and also is more crunchy than the chocolate. Always use milk and allow the cereal to soak for a couple minutes unless you don't mind it super crunchy and hard. I wish it didn't have any added sugars but 4g is not bad. I do appreciate the use of stevia instead of sugar or sucralose. The almonds provide more nutrients too which is nice and a little extra flavor. It is also far cheaper than any other protein cereal too. I've been having this cereal for over a year now every single day for breakfast, I first chop a banana up in my bowl, add 1 cup of cereal, the around 10g of unflavored whey protein concentrate, then 1 cup of milk to make a 38g protein bowl of cereal to start the day. I do recommend the chocolate over mixed berry any day, unless you don't like chocolate...

I love my healthy, but delicious cereal! I don’t feel guilty about eating it. High protein and nutrients! keeps me full longer which is very important

The berries in it actually taste like fruit, instead of styrofoam. The cereal itself, is OK mixed with other cereals, and allowed to soak a bit in milk. I add yogurt to my cereals and I think that helps to soften the flakes. I get it is not for everyone. But, I like the boost of protein without a lot of sugar. It will stay part of my routine. Glad I found it. I liked other Premier Protein products, and I do like this. I felt safe trying it, that I would not be wasting my money. I am not. Good for additional protein.

I was looking for different high protein alternatives for breakfast. This offers 20 grams of protein in one cup of cereal, which is great but you don’t get very much in the box for the price. I added a photo of how much is in the bag. Taste is good!

So this is like what I imagine eating rocks and cardboard would be like. It’s EXTREMELY crunchy - like insanely so. That said, the flavor is pretty good and if you’re trying to limit carbs but want cereal, this is a good option. I’ve ordered it like a million times so I can’t hate it that much. And hey, no soggy cereal.

Taste is so worst compare to others. I just cannot take it. Just give it to someone as donation.
